RFQ Data Use Notice

What submitting an RFQ does

Submitting the form creates a private inquiry record so Venturboz can evaluate and respond to the requested product scope. It does not create a purchase order, guarantee a quotation or accept commercial terms.

Data included

The record may include contact and company details, destination, product and quantity information, dates, sizes, branding, project notes, contact preference, campaign attribution, a minimized referrer and an optional PDF, PNG or JPEG file up to 5 MB.

Access, files and email

Inquiry records and private files are restricted to authorized WordPress administrators. Uploaded files are stored outside the public document root. Authenticated email sends an internal notice and a buyer acknowledgement only after production SMTP is approved and delivery-tested; the acknowledgement is not a quotation or order acceptance.

Retention, deletion and confidential material

Do not upload confidential material without an appropriate written agreement. Inquiry records are retained while the request is evaluated and answered and for a reasonable period afterwards as business correspondence; uploaded files are kept for the shorter period needed for evaluation where operationally possible; records and files are then deleted or anonymized unless a legal, tax, accounting or dispute-related obligation requires longer retention. You may request deletion of your inquiry at any time through info@venturboz.com, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.
