Venturboz
Terms of Business
Website scope
This website describes potential custom apparel development and export workflows for business buyers. Website content is an invitation to discuss requirements; it is not an offer, quotation, purchase order acceptance, production guarantee or certification of a specific product.
Quotations and orders
MOQ, feasibility, materials, samples, pricing, currency, taxes, duties, payment, tooling, lead time, production capacity, inspection, packing, delivery basis and shipping are confirmed only in written commercial documents approved by both parties. An automated inquiry acknowledgement does not accept an order.
Samples, specifications and approvals
The buyer is responsible for checking samples, measurements, artwork, labels, packaging, destination requirements and written specifications before approval. The controlling approval path and change process must be stated in the applicable quotation or order documents.
Buyer-supplied material and intellectual property
The buyer must have authority to provide and use all names, logos, artwork, files, specifications and other material supplied to Venturboz. As between the parties, the buyer retains ownership of its trademarks, artwork and designs, and Venturboz retains ownership of its own know-how, processes and pre-existing materials. The buyer grants Venturboz a limited licence to use supplied material only to evaluate, sample, quote for and fulfil the buyer’s inquiry or order. Venturboz does not use buyer names, logos or project details in marketing or portfolio material without prior written consent. Each party must keep the other’s non-public commercial information confidential, use it only for the inquiry or order concerned, and disclose it only where required by law. Ownership of tooling, moulds and development assets is as stated in the applicable written order documents.
Compliance and evidence
Any test, certificate, audit, facility, origin or performance statement applies only where it is current, attributable and explicitly identified for the relevant product or process. Destination-market compliance responsibilities and required evidence must be agreed in writing. No warranty is given by this website; warranty terms, where offered, exist only in written commercial documents for a specific order.
Liability, cancellation and disputes
Warranty claims, rejection and remedy processes, cancellation rights and charges, and force-majeure relief for a specific order exist only as stated in the written commercial documents for that order. For this website itself: the website and its content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Venturboz excludes liability for indirect, incidental, consequential or purely economic loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or from reliance on its general content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud.
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, provided the affected party notifies the other without undue delay and resumes performance when the event ends. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct correspondence. These website terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Sialkot, Pakistan have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this website, except where mandatory law applicable to a party requires otherwise.
