Input control

Confirm fabric, colour, trims, labels and decoration inputs against approved references.

Use an agreed chart, points of measure and tolerance—not a generic size label.

Define seam, stitch, placement, finishing and visual acceptance criteria.

Agree what is checked, when, by whom, and what evidence accompanies the order.

Only request or publish a performance/compliance claim tied to a named method and applicable product.

Verify assortment, labels, presentation, carton marks and required export documents.

Trust must be verifiable

Certificates, tests, facility claims and production photos should be current, attributable and applicable to the SKU or process being discussed.

Input gate

Fabric, colour, trims, labels and decoration inputs are checked against approved references before cutting.
In-line gate

Workmanship is checked during assembly while correction is still practical, not after packing.
Final gate

Measurement, construction, decoration and presentation are verified against the approved standard.
Dispatch gate

Assortment, packing, carton marks and export documents are confirmed before handover.

Define an approval standard

Share category, quantity, destination, branding and target date. Commercial terms are confirmed after the brief is reviewed.
